The resulting selection is a tribute to the diverse array of foodstuffs found across the region. For example, the ‘South Sea cockle’ combines the flavors of a famous variety of fried crab from Hong Kong, a sauce from Macau and Guangzhou’s vermicelli and diced garlic. The set menu is now available at the hotel’s Peach Blossom restaurant.
