In this belly dance class, you can learn basic Egyptian-style belly dancing techniques which demand movement of your entire body. We can build the core strength together through practicing the moves. We can chanllenge different kinds of shimmy techniques in every week's combinations. We can even get more fat burned during the workouts. But most impotantly, we can do excercise in a more joyful and happier way while getting to know more about this elegent dance.
