During Chinese New Year, four sets of reunion menus - ‘Happiness’, ‘Fortune’, ‘Prosperity’, ‘Longevity’, all with auspicious meanings, will be presented at Ming Court. Menu highlights include Whole Suckling Pig Platter, Braised Bird’s Nest with Fish Maw and Conpoy, Braise Sea Cucumber and Mushrooms with Abalone Sauce, Steamed Fresh Grouper in Superior Soy Sauce. The ‘Happiness’ set is priced at RMB488 per person, minimum two persons. Three other auspicious options for groups of eight or more persons start from RMB588 per person. The reunion set menus are served daily during lunch and dinner from February 1, 2018 to March 2, 2018.
