To commemorate the 52nd National Day of Singapore, from August 16-23, diners can experience what the Singaporeans call ‘shiok’ at Foods restaurant’s food festival. Two guest chefs, Ong Kim Hui and Cheang Kuang Hui, from the renowned Colony restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, are serving up a melting pot of flavors influenced by Chinese, Malay, Indian and Peranakan cuisine, which is the reflection of Singapore’s multicultural culinary heritage.
