Named after a famous street in Moscow known for its lively cultural atmosphere, Arbat eschews typical, heavy Russian fare in favor of traditional flavors repackaged as delicate dishes. The interior is spacious, painted to resemble a street scene, lined with historical photos and finished with a cobblestone floor. Even the cash counter is a part of the décor, harking back to Soviet-era post offices.
