For the last two years, Stefan and Yoshi Stiller of Taian Table Shanghai (yes, that famed Michelin two-starred institution that rocked Shanghai’s F&B scene) have brainstormed with the ultra-talented lineup at LN Garden Hotel to bring you their namesake: Taian Table Guangzhou.
For those not aware of the Taian Table experience, here’s what you need to know: It’s intimate (22 diners only), it’s ambitious (for Guangzhou) and it’s adventurous. To put it simply, you have to be ready to have your mind elevated and utterly blown over a well-crafted, eight-course degustation menu that is studded with sumptuous, luxe ingredients such as caviar, sea urchin, morels, foie gras, truffle, turbot, lobster, burrata and more.
