Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan has appointed Mr. Jeffrey Bai as the hotel's new General Manager. He will be responsible for hotel operations, strategic management and leading the team to consistently provide personalized and heartfelt service to all guests.
Jeffrey started his career in 2004 and now has almost 20 years of experience in international brand hotel management, and has successively held management positions in IHG, Four Seasons, Starwood and Marriott International Group.
He joined Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan as Director of Sales & Marketing in August 2018 and managed in the pre-opening operations of the hotel. Due to his mature and unique understanding of sales management and marketing strategy, during the first year of the hotel’s opening in Bai led his team to success in market share and recognition, which is noq regarded as one of the industry's best.
Prior to his current position, he was promoted to Resident Manager in November 2020, and the hotel has achieved new benchmarks in various dimensions such as market share, operational profit and guest satisfaction.
With his strong management skills and excellent leadership, Bai will continue to lead the team of Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan in this dynamic.
