A new bra from Japanese underwear manufacturer Ravijour claims that it can only be unhooked by your 'true love'.
The bra, which measures its wearer's heart rate to ascertain how "in love" / turned on she is, is being touted as a "revolutionary bra that knows how women truly feel".
Sensors in this 21st century chastity belt detect the wearer's heartbeat and send data to a smartphone app, if the wearer is sufficiently turned on the app sends a signal for the bra to unhook itself, because a man fumbling to unhook a bra wasn't unsexy enough in the first place now you need a cold, emotionless computer program evaluating how good his foreplay was up until that point.
"When excited the adrenal medulla secretes catecholamine, which affects the autonomic nerve and stimulates the heart-rate. A built-in sensor reads the woman’s heart-rate signal and sends it to a special app via Bluetooth for analysis. The app then calculates the True Love Rate based on changes in the heart-rate over time," the company said in a press release.
What isn't quite explained is what happens if the woman wants to take off the bra herself?
