The new proposal comes after a Japanese woman in Shanghai was attacked by a rottweiler, and incident which resulted in a crackdown on wrongly-registered ‘mixed breed’ dogs. Such 'ferocious dogs' include rottweilers, German shepherds and different breeds of mastiffs and bulldogs.
