Famed Fast Food Chain In-N-Out to Host a Pop-Up in Beijing... Tomorrow

Burger lovers, unite — in 798 Art Zone tomorrow morning.

That’s where California-born fast food joint In-N-Out Burger will be staging their very first pop-up in Beijing for one glorious day.

Starting at 11am on Tuesday, May 14, they’ll be dishing out their limited menu at Las Coffee to the frenzied crowd of hungry fanatics that we’re predicting will be swarming the city’s art district hours ahead of time, so plan to get there early.

There will be three different but equally delicious options available: Animal Style (pickles, grilled onions, and their special sauce), Protein Style (lettuce wrap instead of a bun) and their signature Double-Double (two patties and two slices of cheese).

After hosting brief but successful pop-ups in Shanghai (well, sort of — it was secretly rescheduled last minute to avoid a chunk of the ecstatic masses) and Guangzhou, In-N-Out is finally bringing a taste of its juicy burgers to the Chinese capital. With suspiciously similar imitators trying to claim their fame, such as Shanghai's CaliBurger, it’s no surprise that the celebrated chain is taking matters into their own hands and establishing a presence in China to do away with shady copycats abroad. Whatever the reason may be as to why here and why now, we couldn't be happier.

For now, you can indulge in the fan-favorite burgers only in your dreams. But rest well knowing that in the morning, your greasy burger wishes will all come true.

That is, if you get there in time.
