Calling all comic book fans – a Stan Lee-themed comic convention is coming to Shanghai this fall.

Stan Lee is known as the man behind Marvel Comics and is responsible for co-creating characters like Spider-Man, Iron Man, the Hulk, the Fantastic Four, X Men and so many other superheroes.

The 'Stan Lee (Shanghai) Comic Universe' convention – which is being likened to Comic Con – will be hosted by Pow! Entertainment at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center from October 1-3, Variety reports.

According to an official statement, the convention will feature “regular theme-based activities, such as exclusive events, meetings, and signing sessions and cosplay, which are commonly seen in major comic cons...[It] will also enthrall comic fans with diversity of pop culture activities, from comic and electronic music festivals to e-sports featuring American comics,” according to Variety

Iconic pop artist Burton Morris is among the many comic industry celebs who will attend the convention.

The announcement comes just one week after Stan Lee dismissed a $1 billion lawsuit against Pow! Entertainment over claims that he was tricked into signing away the exclusive rights to his name. However, now that the lawsuit has been dropped, Pow! is going ahead with the event.

In addition, the two parties recently debuted Stan Lee’s Work Force, a new online comic starring Stan Lee.
