A photo of a man driving a car missing the majority of its parts in Changsha, Hunan province was recently posted online

Posted to a local forum, the photo shows a car without its roof, front or rear hoods, backseats, windows, or license plates. Basically just an engine on wheels.

To make matters worse, the uploader said the motorist was "making a phone call while driving".

Police are investigating the matter.
