Brazilian superstar and Shanghai SIPG player Oscar sparked massive brawl with Guangzhou R&F opponents this weekend during a Chinese Super League game.
The fight broke out at Yuanshen Stadium on Sunday after the former Chelsea midfielder kicked the ball twice into Guangzhou players near the end of the first half.
The R&F players were clearly not happy with this, with Chen Zhizhao pushing Oscar to the ground.
Shortly afterwards, all 22 athletes on the field embarked on a mass brawl between the two teams. Bench players from both sides were also involved. As punches were thrown, some SIPG players — including fellow Brazilian teammate Hulk — ran over to protect Oscar.
The fight disrupted the game for seven minutes. Two players, Guangzhou’s Li Tixiang and Shanghai’s Fu Huan, were sent off the field, though Oscar wasn't punished.

Both teams were down to 10 players for the second half as a result of the melee. The match resulted in a 1-1 draw, putting Guangzhou Evergrande in a clear four point lead at the top of the CSL rankings.
