The massive typhoon that slammed Hong Kong over the weekend was, in the end, nothing to get too worked up about. At least not for this guy.
In a photo capturing what may be the most IDGAF moment of 2016, a man was pictured reclining with his feet up while enjoying a coffee and his paper, not in the least bit concerned that he was surrounded by a growing lake where the floor used to be.
Understandably, the image was quickly doing the rounds on social media, where the man was dubbed ‘Starbucks Uncle’, his ridiculous levels of composure providing some light relief for people caught in the bad weather.

Facebook user James Chan wrote: "For the price of a Starbucks coffee, you can also experience what it's like to be in Venice”.
Another said: "See, it's just rain - nothing to fear. I'm not ever going to panic about floods again. Just chill like him.”
Never likely to miss an opportunity like this, the meme brigade were quick to get to work and have delivered some hilarious photoshops of the nonchalant man in various scenarios.
In all fairness to the man though, you can’t spell Starbucks without ark.
