This past weekend motorsport fans gathered together with their earplugs, facepaint and binoculars (after reading our Guide to the Grand Prix, that is) to attend to the 2016 Chinese Grand Prix Formula One Championships at the Shanghai Circuit.
While last year's F1 race was a bit more eventful with winner Lewis Hamilton popping bottles in a unfortunate girl's face and a fan running onto the track to try a car, this year's race seemed to run a little more smoothly, despite some intermittent rain. First place winner Nico Rosberg (Mercedes) completely dominated with a whopping 25 points, making him the fourth driver in history to win six successive world championship races. Sebastian Vettel (Ferrari), Daniil Kvyat (Red Bull), Daniel Ricciardo (Red Bull) and Kimi Raikkonen (Ferrari) took 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th places, respectively. Although Rosberg has yet to claim a world title, the odds are looking good as the racers head to Russia for the next Grand Prix on May 1.
