The long-awaited Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings in Beijing start tomorrow with Economic Leaders' Week, which will last until November 11.
Heads of state from around the Asia-Pacific region will be meeting at a compound outside the city center on Yanqi Lake, located at the foot of the Yanshan Mountains in Huairou District, a northeast suburb of the capital.
