Ever wondered what happens when flavors from two gastro-giants on the world stage combine? The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) may have the answer.

The masterclass, entitled Food Synergies: Balsamic Vinegar & Soy Sauce, will feature Italian Michelin-starred chefs Alberto Zago and Samuele Rossi cooking with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Participants at the event will have the chance to sample the combined flavors of these staple ingredients from China and Italy.
The event is part of the True Italian Taste project, promoted and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) and implemented by Assocamerestero in cooperation with the Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad.
Participants can further their understanding of Italian food and network with other operators in the F&B sector in China.
