Michelin Plate Award-winning Grill 79 offers a romantic four-course set menu, with truffle foie-gras terrine, Wagyu beef consommé, slow-cooked Hamachi in citrus oil, slow cooked wagyu beef M6+ striploin and molten chocolate cake.

The Lounge and Atmosphere Bar has its own four-course set menu, including pan-fried scallop & cured salmon, crab bisque, Surf & Turf for sharing and sweet desserts. Couples can also enjoy a special Valentine's Day drinks package.

Nadaman restaurant offers a Japanese take on Valentine’s Day. From appetizers and side dishes, to sashimi, teppanyaki, selected sushi and desserts. The seven-course set menu for two includes a bottle of white wine and chocolate gift box.

The Red Chamber on the Michelin ‘Bib Gourmand’ list features a set menu for couples complete with a bottle of red wine. Assorted cold dishes, main dishes and desserts are all included.

Chapter restaurant has prepared a special romantic set menu for couples. Starters include Mexican style Ceviche in ‘Tostadas’ and crispy soft-shell crab with coriander sauce. Mains include grilled halibut fillet with braised endives, caviar veloute and grilled angus tenderloin. Finish with some rose pannacotta with litchi sorbet for dessert and wash it down with Morgan’s Bay sparkling cuvee.
