InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun
Get to Ying Chinese at InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun for a Chinese feast like no other. Chef David Lv has curated a delicious set menus ranging from serving two people to a party of six. Dishes for two include slow-cooked wagyu beef short ribs and stir-fried fungus with goose liver and basil. The four-person menu has a few more twists: malt-flamed whiskey duck and sauteed crystal shrimp with green beans. For six, dinner highlights include braised yellow croaker and green onion pie, fried beef with lots and deep-fried dough sticks, along with colorful veggies and fried chicken. Ying’s Dim Sum buffet will also be available from October 1-8 during lunchtime, adding some more tasty options to your Golden Week holiday.

Rive Gauche has launched a new menu full of Parisian delights for something different this holiday season. Embracing nostalgia, Chef Ivan Miguez has whipped up a menu of classic French bistro favorites and sophisticated Parisian bistronomy. Highlights include escargots, braised and sliced pig ears on top of homemade bread, seasoned with Dijon mustard and parsley, imported French skate delicately flavored with white miso and pomegranate, juicy duck breast with crushed sweet potato and finally, pistachio mousse with a hint of mint and a strawberry center.
