The newly reopened Rive Gauche at The Puxuan Hotel and Spa is now offering both a terrace menu and weekend brunch. And starting from June 3, Rive Gauche will open from Wednesday to Sunday to offer an la Carte menu.

On Level 2, Rive Gauche serves unpretentious French classics with extraordinary savoir-faire. Being one of the Beiing's most desirable outdoor spots, Rive Gauche’s terrace boasts savory wines, fine canapés and seafood with inspiring views of Jingshan Park and the National Art Museum. 

In the early evening, it’s time to relax and catch up with friends over l’aperitif, a pleasurable French tradition of pre-dinner drinks and exquisite bits that often extends well into dinner. Rive Gauche's terrace menu offers refined selections, including prawn cocktail, lobster roll, jambon de Bayonne, Iberico ham, croque-monsieur, croque-madame, salads, grilled salmon, duck confit and beef burgers.

Ease into the weekend with brunch at Rive Gauche. Feast on a multi-course menu of delightful salads, egg staples and hearty mains, specially designed for convivial get-together with friends and family. Make it extra decedent with a Champagne or wine pairing. The restaurant offers 50% off on all champagne selections and 20% off on white and red wine. 

Start it off with a quinoa salad, green salad or Niçoise salad. Choose from eggs Benedict, healthy poached eggs or an egg omelette, then follow with veal shank or smoked salmon for main course. A hearty potato salad and carrot soup are served on the side. Finally, top it all off with chocolate lava cake, a banana bread sundae and seasonal fruit.
