Mifan or Mafan: The Bake Shop

The Orchid has always had our brunching hearts, but the newest addition to its ever-growing maze of delights has us really salivating. Enter through the hotel, upstairs restaurant or dim sum joint Furongji and you’ll find yourself immediately transported to the chillest of luxe Grecian cafes at The Bake Shop’s new residence. Start with several courses of the Beijing-famous cookies (don’t judge us, we judge ourselves), move on to one of their tasty sandwiches like the brie and duck confit grilled cheese (RMB58) and absolutely don't leave without topping up your energy levels with some Pimm’s (Pimm’s!). A new daytime spot not to miss.
