Jul 14: Radwimps

Japanese rock outfit Radwimps brings their vibrant brand of post-punk rock to the Cadillac Arena this Saturday. The band has put out nine studio albums and even contributed to the soundtrack of the popular anime film Your Name in 2016.

Jul 14: Lonely Leary

The Beijing post-punk trio arrives in Beijing as part of the national tour for their gritty and razor-sharp debut album, Through the Park, Almost There, which Maybe Mars released back in April. Jul 14: Discord, Labor Glory, 0190, Jungle Fever and more

With the final games set to take place this weekend, School Bar hosts a special night of rock n' roll, hip hop, and football shenanigans. Providing the musical entertainment are punk legends Discord, Beijing's own Labor Glory, pop-punk troublemakers 0190, new school punk group Jungle Fever, the entire hip hop crew from the label ATL and rounding out the line-up are internet celebrities Jidi and GaoDaQuanr. Giveaways, games and drinking contests will also be taking place.

Jul 14 & 15: Makaya McCraven

French jazz drummer Makaya McCraven stops at Blue Note to perform his powerful fusion of jazz and hip-hop two nights in a row. The innovative artist has opened for acts like Wu-Tang Clan, 50 Cent, The Wailers and Kamasi Washington, in addition to having played alongside fellow jazz musicians like Charles Neville, Lionel Louke, Marcus Strickland and more.
