Off the Beaten Plate: Peking Duck Burrito

By That's Beijing, May 18, 2018

What the duck? The subtlety and refinement of Peking duck is something that has been lost on Beijing’s preeminent tourist trap, Nanluoguxiang, where Luogu Dongtian is the newest place to have a go at reinventing Peking duck, with its kaoya served up like a burrito. Wrapped in a flour tortilla, lettuce makes up roughly 90 percent of the filling, while dry duck meat is spruced up only by onion. Avoid like the ducking plague.
