We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but it looks like the perfect day we’re experiencing right now is going to be the last one we see for a while.

A heavy bout of smog is expected to settle over Beijing starting Sunday, just in time for our long holiday weekend. The pollution will linger until Wednesday April 5. Things will hopefully start to improve starting April 6, Caixin reports.

Why can't every day be like today?

During this round of smog, the air quality will be at its worst on Tuesday April 4, Tomb-Sweeping Day.

The good news is that it looks like the air should be decent on Saturday. Too bad we have an adjusted work day...
