T-Rex Spotted Terrorizing Commuters on Beijing Metro

We’ve seen a lot of crazy things on Beijing’s subway but a Tyrannosaurus Rex casually commuting on Line 6? Well, this was just completely unexpected. 

But it’s not just the pure randomness of seeing a person donning an enormous dinosaur costume on the metro that’s strange. What seriously baffled T-Rex’s fellow passengers was how he (or she) got there in the first place. 

For years, the Beijing subway has had very strict rules in place prohibiting passengers from dressing up in costume. However, it appears that in this case T-Rex wasn’t actually carrying any restricted items (though who could tell in that suit?) and was therefore allowed to hop on board just like any average Joe. 

We guess we shouldn’t be all that surprised. This just goes to show, you never know what to expect as a Beijing commuter.
