The Spain-sized smog cloud that covered northern China earlier this week may have disappeared with disconcerting abruptness, but it’s coming back, naturally. And sooner than you might have hoped.
Experts from the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) are predicting that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area will experience from December 8-10, from December 14-16 and then possibly once again before the year is up.
But there’s good news (of sorts): It’s not going to be as bad as this week, where PM2.5 reached highs of 945 on Sunday. Here’s some photos of what you can look forward to:
