At our 13th “Vegan Vibes” brunch we will be enriching our buffet with the Beijing-based dairy alternative company Grassroots featuring its delicious vegan cheese. Grassroots was founded in 2021 with the clear mission to develop plant-based dairy alternatives – completely free of cholesterol, hormones, antibiotics, and animal cruelty.

A beautiful selection of colorful appetizers, healthy salads and dips, savory hot dishes, vegan sausages & cold cuts will be waiting for you. Also, homemade vegan cakes from every corner of the globe will be included in the all-you-can-eat brunch at RMB 228 per person.

Our all-you-can-eat-and-drink option (RMB 388 per person) will be on offer, with free flow of beers, high quality wines, sparkling wine, Zarah’s secret-recipe cocktails using only seasonal and fresh ingredients.
