Roger is a classically trained Bartender and Barista with seven years experience over two continents and four countries. His extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails and alcohol history throughout the Food and Beverage industry led him to seek out a more interconnected international community between Bartenders and Baristas.
From this he originated and organized the preeminent international Barista exchange; a program highlighting world renowned Baristas in order to provide a platform that can educate, network, provide cultural awareness and holistic industry advancement. Roger was the Head Bartender of Sober Company from March 2017 till Feb 2022. From Feb 2022, he was promoted as the Bar Manager of The Odd Couple.
