Huang Ting invites family guests to reconnect and share exquisite festive cuisines. Chinese Executive Chef Fred Shi and his team will prepare four New Year’s Eve set dinner menus, entitled Golden Auspicious, Abundant Delight, Blooming Prosperity and Flourishing Fortune. Diners will enjoy Beijing-style rhythmic drum performances to enhance the ambience of happiness and harmony.

Each Reunion Banquet menu features seasonal favourites, such as Steamed spotted Garoupa with soy sauce, representing prosperity, and Double-boiled conch soup with matsutake and Chinese white cabbage, symbolising reunion. Creative menu highlights, including Foie gras mousse with raspberry juice, Braised beef short ribs and wild morel stuffed with shrimp mousse, and Sautéed river shrimps with sweet bean kernel, add a flourish of culinary flair.

The Huang Ting Chinese New Year set dinner menus are served from 31 January 2022, starting at RMB 2,288 per table.
