On Sunday Nov. 28th join us for a 60-minute restorative yoga practice with Shii followed by 30 minutes of sound healing with Ms. Lei Wang from 7:00-8:30 PM. Let yoga warm up and nourish your body and sound healing deeply relax your mind.
