Savor the best this season has to offer. Enjoy a starter of delicious marinated sliced yam in sweet and sour tomato hawthorn sauce. Main courses include the pork rib soup, served with wax gourd, and a refreshingly simple lotus leaf to bring out the delicate flavor and texture of the pork rib. Try the sizzling sliced lamb and onion with coriander served on a hot cast iron plate.
In preparation for the cold winter season ahead, autumn is the season to eat in Chinese tradition. A variety of food is harvested at this time, particularly different types of vegetables. The Made in China team has prepared an autumn menu so you can experience these delicate gourmet delights until November 30, 2021.
