From now until 16 April 2021, Shangri-La Hotel, Beijing will present authentic Shaanxi food in Shang Palace, our Michelin Plate award-winning restaurant and Café Cha, the buffet restaurant, which is famous for unlimited lobster seafood.
The festival is led by Shaanxi provincial government, together with Shangri-La Group and Xi'an Catering Group to promote the authentic culinary of Shaanxi dishes in Beijing. During this period, chefs from our sister hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Xi'an, as well as several famous local restaurants, are in Beijing to showcase their cooking skills for more than 20 signature dishes. In addition to the well-known Shaanxi noodles, guests can also try many signature dishes from Shaanxi such as 'Hu Lu Chicken.'
