The first stop takes us to Abruzzo region to explore the flavors of the Adriatic coastline & the Apennine mountains.

The Abruzzese cuisine is deeply influenced by the unique geographic advantage of the region, where the independence of its culinary tradition is preserved from other nearby provinces.
