The sixth volume of Shining Dimensions will take place on Friday June 28, featuring the music of Ninja Blade and Solent, the Tagtool visuals of Nickolai, the photography of Graeme Nicol , and the live photography of Xinrou . Meanwhile the theme of the evening will be “becoming a photograph”. Upon entering, the audience will be introduced to the concept by not only viewing photography, but becoming part of the photographs. Over the course of two performances by Solent and Ninja Blade, visual remixes of Graeme Nicol’s photography will be projected onto the back wall, where the audience will be invited up to interact with and become part a these new creations and be photographed by Xinrou. These new compositions will in turn be projected onto the wall for the final performance and photographed, creating a visual composite of photographs within photographs within photographs.
