Chef Nathan Griffin has launched an all-new a la carte menu at Grill 79, his first since launching his chef’s tasting menu a month earlier.
“I want to present diners with new and unexpected flavors. To do this, I am constantly studying the art of matching ingredients and achieving a balance between them. I am also committed to using the freshest ingredients I can find.” This pursuit is Nathan’s culinary philosophy: he is always in search of freshness.
Over the past 18 years, Nathan has worked at some of the top restaurants in the UK, Australia, and the Philippines.
