Well…technically it is called…
Flowboarding. It is an adventurous and fun sport requiring much practice and balance. It is safe, healthy, and humbling…but with time, IT WILL build confidence.
What kind of exercise? Crossfit.
We aim to build motivation through community exercise and making friends. Group learning lowers intimidation & increases accountability. And we know everyone is busy, but Crossfit provides the most efficient form of full body exercise.
No experience, no problem. We have a full coaching staff that can help everyone progress, no matter their current skill level. All you need to bring is athletic clothes, gym shoes, swimsuit and a towel.
While we host the event every Wednesday night, space is limited in order to guarantee everyone has a great experience. So better to reserve your spot early.
