Easter Sunday becomes a family celebration with a lavish brunch buffet at The Lobby. The banquet begins with a selection of healthy salads, gourmet cheeses and premium cold cuts. An extensive seafood station is stacked with Irish oysters, Alaskan king crab and poached lobster and roasted lamb rack. Paired with seasonal trimmings and gourmet breads are served at the Baker’s Table. Dreamy desserts, like dark chocolate nest cake and hazelnut mango egg, will delight all family members. After brunch, the traditional Easter Egg Hunt invites children to join the quest for secret treasures.
Served from 11:30am to 3:00pm at The Lobby on Sunday 21 April 2019, priced at RMB 480 for per person including free flow of wines and soft drinks, RMB 580 with free flow Champagne. Junior guests aged 12 years and below dine for a special price of RMB 250. All prices are subject to a surcharge.
