His hand made beef and green chili sauce, his amazingly delicious signature dishes including classic "Chinese Cabbage in Chicken Consomme,” “Australian Beef Tenderloin in Sichuan Sour Soup,” and numerous other innovative creations will redefine all your impressions of traditional Sichuan cuisine.
