Beijing presents “Meet the Chef,” a new Sunday lunch at Grill 79 featuring Chef John-Paul Fiechtner’s new menu.
Diners may choose the dishes they prefer for their three or four course set lunch and have an easy and relaxing lunchtime at the top of the soaring 330-meter China World Tower, an urban sanctuary away from the bustling city life. The new lunch menu includes Tuna Nicoise Salad, Wagyu Striploin, Foie Gras with Broken Eggs, Truffle Ice Cream and seafood with MSC certified selections.
