Grill 79’s new lunch menu, by Chef Fiechtner, undoubtedly can to do this and much more with its indulgent range of delicious possibilities. The menu contains 17 dishes from which guests can choose two to four courses, each priced from RMB298.Entrées like smoked beef tartare with classic condiments and soft goat’s curd blend intense fresh flavours with pickled vegetables to create a sophisticated melange of hunger-curbing delights. For the main, Suckling Pig Porchetta is as stunning visually as it is to the palate. Surrounded by caramelised yoghurt and topped with artichokes and almonds, it is perfection in the form of a midday meal.Grill 79’s new a la carte menu offers guests an interesting dining experience. Australian native Chef Fiechtner grew up on a farm, and he attributes his ability to cook food which balances thoughtful, creative and modern combinations to working with produce at a very young age.
