From January 22nd to 28th the renowned Korean restaurant "Dubujib" will take over one Migas Mercado “paradeta”, serving for seven days four delicious Korean barbeque dishes! At Dubujib, chef marinate the meat into soy or chili sauce for several hours before grilling it, this process gives the meat a much more intense flavor. Korean call this tasty marinated barbecue dishes "Bulgogi".

Dubujib will cook their traditional dishes in our Josper Charcoal oven, giving the dish extra smoky taste, with the mouthwatering babbling sounds.

Dubujib will prepare four different "Bulgogi" barbeque dishes: Bulgogi beef, Bulgogi pork belly (ñam!), Bulgogi chicken and Bulgogi mackerel.
