Beijing’s Shinryukan Aikido is opening a new class at 27 Yard! Come and join us every Tuesday from 7pm to 9pm as we practice under the guidance of Stefan Sklenka, 3rd Dan. Stefan has been practicing aikido for 20 years, and has lived in Beijing for over 12 years.
Aikido is a Japanese martial art focused on empty-handed self-defense.
Newcomers are welcome to attend and participate in 3 trial classes. Dojo members can attend all of our classes (Haidian and 27 Yard dojos), and are welcome to join other events throughout the year (such as seminars with visiting masters, joint training sessions with other dojos, excursions, grade examinations, etc.).
Memberships are paid by monthly fees of 300RMB (150RMB for students).
Please make sure to arrive 20 minutes in advance to each class, and wear comfortable clothing.
