The Vernissage - Photography Exhibition by Aluss
Described as China’s first stream-of-consciousness photographer, Aluss, an Inner-Mongolian native based in Beijing, focuses in his work on grasslands, transformation and human form. His extensive study of Central Asia and self-exile in the Xinjiang Province led to his most recognisable project, The World After Genghis Khan. Working only with analog cameras, Aluss has the advantage to give an extra edge to his photographs which are experiments with colours and textures.
Ramo will be hosting an exhibition of Aluss’s works, starting at 4pm Saturday 22 when it will transform its space into a modern art gallery. All of the displayed works will be available for buyers.
You will have a chance to not only buy yourself an affordable piece of art but also exchange it for a new one within one year after your purchase! Whether for your home or office, we want to make it possible for you to be around photographs of this amazing and talented artist.
On the opening day of the exhibition, you will have a chance to chat with the artist himself and support a good cause - we will be donating all proceedings from the photo sales to Little Adoption Shop which is a local charity organisation helping stray dogs find home.
