The Red Chamber at China World Summit Wing, Beijing continues to surprise lovers of northern Chinese cuisine with a refreshed menu of new dishes. The contemporary restaurant will still serve its Signature Peking Duck, roasted using special date wood, with warm, efficient and fuss-free service. The new menu features 21 new dishes, in addition to existing popular dishes, guests can also enjoy new creations.
In this menu revamp, the culinary team improved the menu by considering the guests’ feedback. Dishes that are not as popular were removed and fresh dishes that lean towards the popular taste were added to continuously provide guests an interesting dining experience.
