In 2020, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the opening of Summer Palace, after months of preparation, the Executive Chef of Chinese restaurant Chef Kenny Chan, will bring a new experience to the guests by incorporating more diversified catering elements on the basis of retaining the original classic dishes.
Summer Palace has six private dining rooms and one semi-private dining room, each of which can seat 12 to 20 people. The private rooms are elegantly appointed with crystal light fittings and LCD TV screens to meet the needs of a diverse range of events. The largest private dining room is equipped with a private bathroom.
Summer Palace seats 120 people in the main restaurant, with a total seating for 210 people, including the private dining rooms. Lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner is served daily from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
